      ACCOUNT OVERVIEW

      OpenMind was recently awarded the ZEUR assignment for Nestle Europe. With 47 countries, +450 team members, and regular new product launches, the account is looking for a Director to provide data management for the North Cluster .

      OVERVIEW OF ROLE :

      As a Senior Manager within the Data Management team, you will lead in the development and automation of data and dashboarding solutions for N estle . This is a hands-on role and you will be responsible for managing and delivering various projects for client reporting. We need a creative, experienced and motivated individual to help lead in the development of dashboards and build cutting edge solutions that are fit for purpose and use the latest technologies.

      RESPONSIBILITIES:

      • Onboard fully onto th e OpenMind platforms & integrate with all key stakeholders .
      • Design, develop and maintain dashboarding and cloud solutions; Troubleshoot issues with Tableau, GCP, Power BI and/or data studio.
      • Be responsible for developing Nestle’s end-to-end data management process. This includes (not an exhaustive list) data governance, data architecture , data automation, data quality management, security and reporting .
      • Working with planning teams to translate functional specifications into technical designs for implementation and deployment.
      • Ensure we are delivering agency best practice across data management areas such as the cloud and data security.
      • Become the trusted point person of your client peer level.
      • Work closely and a gree objectives with your director to ensure constant progression.

      YOUR KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:

      Essential :

      • Significant and relevant experience on cloud platforms : All cloud platforms will be considered , preference for GCP .
      • Significant and relevant experience working with either dashboarding tools (Tableau preferred) or as a data engineer.
      • Experience querying databases using SQL .
      • S trong client facing skills, with the ability to explain the complex clearly and simply .
      • Line management experience .
      • Experience working with digital marketing and/or web analytics data.
      • Experiencing working with tools such as: Jira, Confluence
      • Has worked in a technical team that use Agile, Scrum methodologies and tools such as Github /Gitlab
