What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and deliver automation and AI-driven solutions to enhance sales execution
- Build end-to-end workflows that improve data reliability and remove friction from processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and scope priorities
- Establish durable frameworks for consistent, scalable execution across sales and merchant organizations
- Track improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and reliability of sales processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-4+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data science, or a similar role
- Advanced skills in SQL and Python
- Experience applying automation and AI frameworks to business problems
- Familiarity with Salesforce and CRM data structures
- Ability to lead projects through ambiguity and partner with cross-functional teams
