What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with business units to address all people matters and enhance organizational effectiveness
- Consult with senior leaders to drive change and implement effective people strategies
- Analyze HR data to forecast talent needs and inform strategic decision-making
- Develop and maintain dashboards tracking key HR metrics like turnover and employee engagement
- Collaborate with the Learning and Talent Development team to align programs with business needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of HR experience, preferably in the consulting industry
- Strong consultative approach and ability to build rapport across all organizational levels
- Analytical reasoning skills with a solution-focused problem-solving approach
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Workday experience is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience within the consulting industry
- Familiarity with data analytics and reporting in HR contexts
- Experience in change management initiatives
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster trust and collaboration with leadership
