What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute tailored sourcing strategies for multiple concurrent searches to ensure successful outcomes
- Build and maintain a pipeline of pre-qualified candidates aligned with hiring needs
- Conduct early candidate conversations to assess fit and promote the employer brand
- Gather and share market insights, talent trends, and data-driven insights to support hiring decisions
- Maintain proactive communication with clients, providing progress updates and relevant data
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in talent sourcing or talent acquisition, with a focus on proactive sourcing
- Proven success in sourcing complex roles within professional services or consulting, preferably in healthcare or technology
- Deep expertise in advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and competitive market research
- Experience collaborating with recruiters and hiring stakeholders to develop effective sourcing strategies
- Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems and sourcing tools to track activity and manage campaigns
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 6+ years of external or corporate communications experience in B2B, consulting, or agency environments
- Demonstrated media relations success and experience working with senior stakeholders and external agencies
- Industry experience in industrials/manufacturing, financial services, or energy
