What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze, design, build, and validate complex benefit configurations within the QNXT platform
- Collaborate with Product, Compliance, IT, and Claims teams to ensure accurate implementation of benefit plans
- Serve as a business and technical expert in QNXT benefit build for new plan implementations and ongoing maintenance
- Validate data using Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL) and troubleshoot configuration issues
- Maintain a strong understanding of regulatory requirements across various healthcare plans
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 7+ years of hands-on QNXT benefit configuration experience in a managed care or health plan environment
- Strong working knowledge of QNXT system architecture, including configuration tables and benefit logic
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL) for data validation and troubleshooting
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with strong communication abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with implementation methodologies for new products or market launches
- Knowledge of healthcare claims lifecycle, pricing, and accumulators
- Background in Lean Six Sigma or process improvement
