What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of interactive dashboards and analytical reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Cognos
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions
- Perform advanced SQL queries, data extraction, transformation, and performance tuning
- Build and manage efficient data models and semantic layers for analytics
- Mentor junior team members and promote delivery excellence across BI initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Expertise in Tableau, Power BI, or Cognos (minimum of one primary tool required)
- Strong proficiency in SQL for complex querying and performance optimization
- Solid understanding of data modeling concepts (star/snowflake schemas, dimensional modeling)
- Proven experience in lead or senior-level roles, including client interactions and solution design
- Knowledge of ETL workflows and data warehousing principles
