- Set a clear vision for the brand, orchestrating a coordinated customer-centric experience across multiple channels. Ensure user journeys are targeted and personalised to specific customer segments and objectives. Ensure KPIs are in place to measure impact, effectively optimise, and guide future decision-making.
- Prioritise effectively in an agile way to develop and deliver the strategies and tactics that will have the biggest impact in a highly competitive external environment.
- Bring a deep understanding of the customer through close collaboration with commercial operations and medical colleagues. You will use this knowledge to uncover insight and develop more focused plans to create value. You will proactively share local insights with relevant GSK stakeholders, including the global team.
- Utilise the latest tech, including AI, in order to best meet evolving customer needs and preferences.
- Combine data and insight to continuously identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and bring brand, market, and industry knowledge to guide user journeys. Apply an agile test, learn, and iterate approach to bring fast and improved campaigns to market.
- Ensure all activities follow the requirements set out within our internal and external operating frameworks, including the GSK Code and ABPI Code.
- Omnichannel marketing expertise
- Deep experience of Primary Care, Secondary Care or Payer marketing of General Medicines.
- Experience working in large cross-functional marketing teams
- Proven experience of developing and delivering on strategic plans
- Knowledge of the UK Health system
- Strong understanding of ABPI code and UK governance environment
- Agile ways of working
- Data driven mindset
- Previous line management experience
- Operated in or worked closely with a large salesforce
- Respiratory therapy area experience
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Brand Manager to take leadership in growing a critical brand with the GSK Respiratory portfolio. Engage and inspire others to adopt a ‘customer-centric’ approach to marketing. This includes delivering value by ensuring that patients and customers needs are exceeded and that all our marketing activities are aligned to their needs.
This is an important role within GSK’s critical respiratory franchise, working specifically on one of the largest medicines within the UK Commercial company where there are significant performance ambitions requiring us to be accountable for impact, ambitious for patients, and always do the right thing.
This is a role that will need to develop deep understanding of the respiratory disease area, brand performance, and identify key barriers and drivers of growth. Working closely with the Marketing Director, your direct reports and a cross-functional team, you will use this to develop and execute impactful strategies.
You will be a valued member of a cross-functional team who brings the voice of the customer along with data and insights to create marketing deliverables that create value. You will manage a team of 1-3 brand managers and also support a large multi-role salesforce.
