      Job Description

      The Senior Brand Marketing Manager works with Marketing leadership to manage the evolution and growth of the Enlyte brand, developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies that transform market perception and drive measurable business impact. As part of the Corporate Communications & Brand Strategy team, this role will manage strategic initiatives in collaboration with Creative Services, Product Marketing, Event Marketing, executive leadership and cross-functional teams throughout the organization to oversee the Enlyte brand ecosystem—from strategic positioning to tactical implementation—creating a unified brand experience through thoughtfully orchestrated content, engagements, and messaging that resonates across all stakeholder touchpoints. This position requires both strategic vision and tactical execution skills to independently manage brand architecture, guidelines, tools, asset libraries, and integrated campaigns while collaborating effectively to ensure alignment with business objectives and company positioning. The successful candidate will exhibit strong strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, communication skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit to influence key stakeholders and develop meaningful opportunities for brand growth. Responsibilities include:

      • Brand Architecture & Positioning:
        • Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement brand strategy that achieves Enlyte's organizational goals, managing strategic brand evolution and modernization as the company grows
        • Define and articulate Enlyte's brand vision, voice, competitive positioning, and differentiation across marketing initiatives, in collaboration with Marketing leadership
        • Manage comprehensive brand architecture including naming conventions, approval processes, copyright/trademark maintenance, and portfolio libraries in collaboration with Creative Services team
      • Strategic Planning & Brand Development:
        • Develop and execute brand initiatives that drive audience engagement and growth by establishing clear goals, strategic approaches, and KPIs aligned with company objectives
        • Conduct comprehensive brand health assessments through market research and analytics across the Enlyte customer journey to identify opportunities for improving awareness and affinity
        • Transform customer and market insights into actionable strategic direction for the brand portfolio
        • Maintain industry knowledge by staying up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and Enlyte market needs and competitive environment, as well as best practices in strategic marketing and brand management
      • Brand Alignment and Asset Management:
        • Independently manage brand initiatives while collaborating with the Creative Services team to lead the stewardship of brand assets and systems, establishing governance models and usage protocols that uphold brand consistency at scale
        • Collaborate with Marketing Operations team to manage the organization and distribution of Marketing resources within approved digital asset management (DAM) systems, optimizing stakeholders’ ability to effectively access and use Enlyte Marketing assets
        • Monitor asset usage and stakeholder needs for company messaging and marketing assets, retiring outdated materials, maintaining accurate and up-to-date materials and identifying opportunities for improvement or modernization
        • Champion brand alignment across all Enlyte business units and serve as a key resource and advisor to internal teams, supporting effective brand application, understanding, and adoption across the organization, presenting to internal or external Enlyte audiences when needed
      • Execution & Performance Tracking:
        • Create and manage diverse initiatives that strengthen Enlyte's brand and company positioning, including company websites, thought leadership publications, podcasts, webinars, and award programs; oversee execution to achieve defined KPIs with defined budgets, resources, timelines and quality standards
        • Obtain approvals and leadership buy-in for large-scale programs, crafting strategic briefs and executive presentations when necessary
        • Coordinate with Product Marketing, Creative Services, Employee Communications and Public Relations to manage cross-team editorial calendar for optimal campaign performance
        • Work with Knowledge Management teams to ensure brand assets and governance documentation are accurate, up-to-date and represent appropriate version control for integration with AI-enabled systems and company knowledge bases
        • Develop unique Marketing solutions and approaches as Enlyte continues to grow and evolve, while identifying areas for continuous improvement, driving ongoing enhancements to Enlyte brand-building efforts and assets

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field or equivalent experience
      • 10+ years of experience in B2B brand or Marketing management, preferably in large, multi-divisional organizations
      • Insurance, workers’ compensation, healthcare or financial industry experience a plus
      • Strong market strategy skills: Strategic thinker with the ability to connect Marketing vision to tactical execution. Exceptional ability to define and articulate brand value, voice, and market position based on deep customer and competitive insights. Ability to translate strategic vision into engaging Marketing activations with clear messaging, consistent experiences, and integrated campaigns that build brand equity and drive business growth.
      • Strong analytical skills: The ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to develop and execute Marketing strategy through innovative solutions.
      • Strong leadership skills: Collaborative leader who can align diverse stakeholders around business and Marketing goals, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization and effectively coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
      • Strong problem-solving skills: Ability to assess complex systems and processes to identify challenges and opportunities, demonstrating creative thinking to develop innovative solutions that overcome obstacles. Skilled at evaluating multiple approaches, anticipating potential issues, and implementing effective strategies that balance brand objectives with business requirements and resource constraints.
      • Excellent communication skills: Strong ability to influence and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing, understanding appropriate methods and channels for communicating with various audiences across the company.
      • Flexibility and change management skills: Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment and skilled at managing multiple priorities, ability to influence stakeholders across teams in adopting new tools and brand resources.
      • Digital marketing experience or certifications: Experience owning and developing various digital marketing channels, such as email, social media marketing, SEO/AI-SEO, digital advertising and thought leadership.
      • Proficiency or certifications in using and evaluating marketing analytics and AI-enabled tools: Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce and Acquia, as well as experience implementing Marketing systems, including AI-enabled platforms and creation of agentic AI workflows.

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $90,000 - $115,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
