Relationship/Account Management experience, within the General Insurance Broker market.
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the UK General Insurance Intermediaries and the General Insurance marketplace.
The ability to build positive relationships and influence others across a range of business areas and all levels of seniority.
Strong analytical skills, working with customer relationship management tools, to identify solutions and create actions plans at strategic and tactical level.
Salary circa £75,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
Bonus opportunity - 12% of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.

Senior Broker Development Manager – Salary Circa £75,000.
This is the perfect role for someone who thrives being responsible for delivering great financial performance by leading a team and building strong broker relationships.
The Senior Broker Development Manager will lead a team of Broker Development Managers who are responsible for driving growth through a panel of brokers.
A bit about the job:
This role acts as a coach to brokers, its people and the business and is fundamental to the delivery of Aviva’s growth strategy. It has accountability for all aspects of Broker Development and to deliver first-class relationships across the Midlands Region.
The role is an 'on the road' role in the Midlands area.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
· The ability to lead, coach and manage the performance of a team of Broker Development Managers.
· Strong Leadership and Business Development skills, in line with Aviva Values.
