      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review and analyze the department's financial performance on a monthly basis
      - Prepare and consolidate the annual budget for Capital, Operating, and overhead-funded programs
      - Track and report the department's overtime usage
      - Create, track, and close-out the life cycle of project charge codes
      - Liaise with administrative staff and Project Managers for budget submissions and financial reporting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
      - 5+ years of experience in complex financial analysis, budget forecasting, and data analysis within a large organization
      - Proficiency in PC applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
      - Intermediate to advanced experience in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros/VBA)
      - Demonstrated experience using SAP financial modules, Peoplesoft, Oracle Essbase, and Hyperion with SmartView applications
