      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage budget and acquisition needs throughout all phases of the contracting and software development lifecycle
      - Support VA customers by developing and executing their annual Budget Operating Plan (BOP) and acquisition strategies
      - Prepare and validate budget status reports and actual costs for monthly submissions
      - Develop and update execution artifacts and provide Earned Value Management (EVM) reports
      - Facilitate weekly meetings with stakeholders to review budget execution and emerging issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience and knowledge of federal budgeting and acquisitions, including applicable FAR policies
      - Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear communication with government clients
      - Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
      - Ability to self-organize, manage workload, meet deadlines, and proactively seek out assignments

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project)
      - Experience working as a VA contractor or employee
      - Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Visio
