What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a liaison with stakeholders to analyze needs and enhance software solutions
- Create detailed documentation of functional and system requirements, including Use Cases and Process Flow Diagrams
- Perform research and analysis to determine project feasibility and durability
- Support functional and user acceptance testing throughout the development life cycle
- Build and maintain relationships with software application vendors and implementation partners
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer engineering, information systems, finance, statistics, computer science, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of direct work experience as a business analyst in systems support, analysis, or development
- Minimum of 1 year of project management experience in tracking and organizing business analysis documentation
- Experience using Structured Query Language (SQL) for data analysis
- Business Analysis or Project Management Professional certification
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with creating value propositions (ROI) for proposed projects
- Familiarity with data profiling and analysis from source systems
- Proven ability to lead projects and mentor junior analysts
