What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the strategic development and implementation of process improvements and technology solutions across enterprise patient access
- Serve as a liaison between access operations and other internal departments, overseeing all Patient Access initiatives
- Conduct complex data analysis to identify process improvement opportunities and prioritize redesign efforts
- Manage individual projects, including solution analysis, user experience design, and technical implementation
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with key stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree; experience may substitute for minimum education requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of business analysis or healthcare management experience
- At least 5 years of project management/improvement or consulting experience
- Project lead responsibilities for at least two large multi-user system implementations
- Strong analytical and technical skills to support process automation and system enhancements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Six Sigma Lean certification
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from PMI
