      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead discovery and current-state analysis to identify value opportunities in people processes
      - Drive digital and AI transformation initiatives, transitioning manual processes into automated workflows
      - Produce implementation-ready artifacts, such as functional specs and user stories, for technology solutions
      - Act as the primary contact for platform vendors during configuration, testing, and release phases
      - Own User Acceptance Testing, coordinating HR end-users and capturing feedback for improvements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 6+ years of experience as a business analyst or product/implementation specialist focused on HR systems
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
      - Proven experience leading major HR system projects, including requirements and vendor management
      - Advanced expertise in HRIS platforms and their modules
      - Strong understanding of HR processes and relevant compliance requirements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills
      - Familiarity with key process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Agile, and Design Thinking
      - Skilled in technical concepts, including APIs and integrations, for effective collaboration with IT
