      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead discovery and current-state analysis to identify value opportunities in people processes
      - Drive digital and AI transformation initiatives, transitioning manual processes into automated workflows
      - Design and prototype HR workflows prioritizing usability, efficiency, and compliance
      - Act as the primary contact for HR platform vendors during configuration, testing, and release
      - Own User Acceptance Testing, ensuring functionality meets requirements prior to release

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 6+ years' experience as a business analyst or product/implementation specialist focused on HR systems
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
      - Proven experience leading major HR system projects, including vendor management
      - Advanced expertise in HRIS platforms and their modules
      - Strong understanding of HR processes and relevant compliance requirements

      - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
      - Skilled in process improvement and design methodologies such as Lean, Agile, and Design Thinking
      - Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and technical concepts to collaborate effectively with IT
