What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the strategic development and implementation of process improvement and technology solutions across enterprise patient access.
- Serve as a liaison between access operations and other internal departments, overseeing all Patient Access initiatives.
- Manage complex data analysis to identify process improvement opportunities and prioritize redesign efforts.
- Act as project manager for various initiatives, maintaining relationships with stakeholders and ensuring project goals are met.
- Develop detailed project work plans, timelines, and budgets, while monitoring project progress and resources.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree; experience may substitute for minimum education requirements.
- Minimum of 5 years of business analysis or healthcare management experience.
- At least 5 years of project management/improvement or consulting experience.
- Proven project lead responsibilities for at least two large multi-user system implementations.
- Strong analytical and technical skills with the ability to manage complex data sets.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Six Sigma Lean certification.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from PMI.
