What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead requirements elicitation sessions with business stakeholders across retail, commercial, and digital banking
- Serve as the subject matter expert on Client DNA modules, including account processing and loan servicing
- Analyze and optimize end-to-end transaction flows across various payment methods
- Collaborate with developers and QA analysts to deliver system improvements and enhancements
- Develop functional design documents, process flows, and provide training to business users
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in functional analysis and requirements gathering
- Deep expertise in Client DNA core banking platforms and transaction processing
- Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with financial services workflows
- Exceptional communication abilities for stakeholder engagement
- Experience with compliance requirements such as AML, KYC, Reg E, and Reg CC
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a senior analyst role within financial services
- Familiarity with banking middleware interfaces and payment networks
- Knowledge of functional testing and UAT coordination
- Experience in developing training materials for operations teams
- Proven ability to communicate project status and risks effectively
