- Lead requirements elicitation sessions with business stakeholders across retail, commercial, and digital banking.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
- Perform gap analysis on existing Client DNA capabilities and propose enhancements.
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on Client DNA modules, including:
- Account processing
- Loan servicing
- Deposit operations
- Customer information file (CIF)
- General ledger and reconciliation
- Configure DNA parameters, create test scenarios, and validate system functionality.
- Analyze and optimize end-to-end transaction flows across ACH, wire transfers, ATM/POS, mobile/online transactions, and batch processing.
- Troubleshoot production issues related to transaction posting, settlement, and exception handling.
- Work with payment networks, clearing systems, and banking middleware interfaces.
- Collaborate with developers, QA analysts, architects, and third-party vendors to deliver system improvements.
- Lead functional testing, UAT coordination, regression validation, and release support.
- Ensure solutions align with compliance requirements (AML, KYC, Reg E, Reg CC).
- Develop functional design documents (FDDs), process flows, BRDs, and operating procedures.
- Provide training and support to operations teams and business users.
- Communicates project status, risks, and impacts clearly to leadership teams.
