What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and manage internal communications for various business lines including sales, service, and operations
- Prepare and implement plans for significant organizational announcements and respond to employee inquiries
- Manage divisional intranet content design and ensure effective communication
- Lead the evaluation and potential implementation of new communication delivery channels
- Promote an environment that reflects the employer's brand values and diversity standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business communications, particularly within banking and/or financial domains
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical terms into user-friendly messaging
- Expertise in creating professional PowerPoint presentations using graphs, images, and concise content
- Proven ability to work autonomously and as a self-driven project member
- Strong experience in content creation for internal messaging and marketing materials
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a team lead or supervisory role
- Familiarity with employee engagement and change management strategies
- Knowledge of current communication delivery channels and trends in the industry
