What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and coordinate activities across the Business Continuity Management (BCM) lifecycle
- Evaluate and test third-party resiliency to ensure alignment with business needs
- Support the development and readiness of enterprise-level crisis management programs
- Assist in the coordination of event and incident response, ensuring effective communication and decision-making under pressure
- Collaborate with various business units, technology, and leadership teams to enhance organizational resilience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and/or Crisis Management roles
- Strong knowledge of the BCM lifecycle, disaster recovery practices, and crisis response frameworks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Industry certifications such as CBCP or MBCI
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, FFIEC, FEMA/NIMS, HiTrust) and risk management frameworks
- Familiarity with continuity and crisis management platforms (e.g., Riskonnect, Everbridge)
