What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Recruit and close business positions across various functions, including Finance, IT, and Legal
- Focus on attracting and selecting senior technical talent for a high-performance environment
- Create and implement scalable recruiting processes to enhance efficiency
- Utilize data to monitor hiring metrics and share insights for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with company leaders to align recruiting efforts with business growth goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6-10 years of experience as a technical recruiter
- Proven experience recruiting for senior, mid-level, and niche roles within business functions
- Strong understanding of recruiting tools, including AI recruiting tools
- Ability to work with pace and urgency, adapting to the needs of the business and candidates
- Excellent communication skills for interaction with candidates and executives
