      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 6-10 years of experience as a technical recruiter
      - Proven experience recruiting for senior, mid-level, and niche roles within business functions
      - Strong understanding of recruiting tools, including AI recruiting tools
      - Ability to work with pace and urgency, adapting to the needs of the business and candidates
      - Excellent communication skills for interaction with candidates and executives
