What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead improvement recommendations and effectively communicate them to senior management and global teams
- Conduct client meetings with business and development teams to understand and address complex client requirements
- Provide recommendations for system alternatives and enhancements based on business needs
- Develop strategies to investigate business performance and drive planning initiatives
- Create and execute cross-functional testing strategies while communicating with all stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in the downstream oil and gas sector
- Proven track record in managing and optimizing petroleum supply chain operations using advanced software tools
- Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe Agile
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Aspen software tools such as Aspen Unified Scheduling (AUS) and Aspen Petroleum Scheduler (APS)
- Strong analytical thinking skills to evaluate options and propose effective solutions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in business process modeling and redesign for performance improvement
- Familiarity with change management processes
