What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Strategize long-term Medical Device lifecycle processes for improvement and increased effectiveness
- Develop innovative solutions for process automation, simplification, and scalability
- Provide KPI/Metric information and standardized reporting for management
- Establish and maintain documentation of procedures, processes, and reports concerning asset management
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to analyze asset performance trends
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of direct experience in Medical Device Asset Management
- Experience with Medical Device Audit or Compliance, Sourcing & Procurement, and Technology
- Business Process Management experience in Medical Device efficiency, automation, and re-engineering
- Understanding of the medical device lifecycle and asset management tools
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field
- Proven ability to execute strategic asset management processes successfully
- Knowledge of medical device asset disposition practices
- Advanced analytics, data management, and reporting skills
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
