What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify opportunities to leverage technology to enhance business practices through application/product enhancements
- Act as a liaison between customers, end-users, IT personnel, and software vendors to align technology with operational processes
- Assess, research, analyze, and document stakeholder needs using appropriate information gathering techniques
- Develop detailed test cases, execute them, and communicate results to business and tech managers
- Collaborate with developers to provide solutions and cost/time estimates for fixes and enhancements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Technical, Education, Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or Information Technology
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience
- Proficiency in SQL, HTML, and CSS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively on project teams developing complex information systems

- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to synthesize requirements and develop actionable recommendations
