What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to gather and document requirements for software development projects
- Translate business needs into clear, concise user stories aligned with project goals
- Analyze existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains
- Develop and report business and performance metrics to stakeholders and leadership
- Create documentation outlining workflows and technical solutions while adapting to modern technologies and Agile best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA or BS degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or equivalent technology industry background
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify business needs and drive practical solutions
- Clear, effective communication skills to translate technical information for all levels
- Strong documentation skills using tools such as Confluence, Jira, and SharePoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM or technology field
- Financial industry experience
- Production support and troubleshooting experience
- Experience working as a QA or Developer
