      Role Description

      Live Nation is looking for a person eager to take the next step in their marketing career. If you have a love for marketing, love to be challenged and love a fast-paced environment then this is the role for you.

      Working in the Campaign team, you’ll be delivering effective and inspiring marketing campaigns to sell tickets to an incredible range of events, working alongside our in-house Creative, PR and our Digital teams, plus external agencies and partners. You will also manage a Campaign Executive as part of the role.

      You will be working in a dynamic environment. You will need to understand the importance of the role that data plays in campaign planning. A lot of energy is required and you must want to succeed – for the team and for yourself. You will be passionate, curious and surrounded and supported by smart, creative people and you’ll refuse to accept that something cannot be done.       Who you are

      Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience

      • Marketing/campaign experience with either an agency or for a brand.
      • Experience working across all media channels plus a proven track record of delivering online media (including SEM, PPC, email and social) campaigns would be an advantage
      • Manage multiple projects to completion in a fast-paced dynamic environment
      • Good knowledge of the campaign briefing process (both media agency and creative)
      • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
      • Ability to work in collaboration with various stakeholders
      • Proactive, self-starter and a team player
      • Able to work in evenings and weekends when necessary

      What the role includes

      • Working within the Campaign team to create and deliver innovative, efficient and effective marketing campaigns to sell tickets to events and continually improve the way we market shows
      • Work with internal stakeholders to understand campaign goals and objectives, executing plans that meet these objectives within budget and on time
      • Communicating with internal stakeholders and third parties
      • Measuring performance of all campaigns, offering detailed reports and insights to power future campaigns
      • Work closely with the PR, Creative, Social and Online teams to ensure that all of our campaigns are effectively supported at all times
      • Offer creative recommendations, based on campaign performance and offer solutions to improve outcomes
      • Work with our agencies and in house creative team to produce compelling campaigns that are industry firsts
