What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage relationships with members, vendors, and partners to ensure performance standards are met
- Oversee accuracy and integrity of card portfolio data, including daily reporting and file maintenance
- Administer user profile controls for debit/credit card systems, ensuring compliance and security standards
- Analyze and improve card operations processes to drive efficiency and enhance member experience
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on card system performance for management and stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a banking environment
- At least 2 years of experience working with debit and credit card products
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of related experience in the financial services industry
- 2+ years of project management experience
- Experience with card-related technologies and enhancements
