      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead mid-to-large-scale transportation projects from setup through planning and execution
      - Manage project budgets, scope, schedule, and staffing to ensure timely delivery
      - Build and maintain client relationships while promoting the employer's capabilities
      - Oversee project billing, QA/QC of deliverables, and project closeout
      - Provide mentorship and direction to team members throughout project phases

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - B.S. degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
      - 10+ years of transportation design engineering and project management experience
      - Professional Engineering License (PE) preferred or ability to obtain it
      - Proven client relationship and business development skills
      - Proficiency in MS Office; MicroStation preferred
