What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead mid-to-large-scale transportation projects from initial setup through planning and project kick-off
- Manage project budgets, scope, schedule, and staffing for timely project delivery
- Collaborate with teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
- Oversee project billing, client updates, QA/QC of deliverables, and project closeout
- Prepare project proposals and serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
What is Required (Qualifications):
- B.S. degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil transportation engineering, including project management of DOT-funded projects
- Professional Engineering License (PE) preferred or ability to obtain it
- Proven ability to develop trusted, long-term client relationships
- Proficiency in MS Office; MicroStation preferred
