What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own and deliver against annual revenue targets for client portfolio, including renewals and expansions
- Negotiate and close renewals and expansions, managing multi-year and enterprise-wide contracts independently
- Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the solution suite, identifying whitespace within client organizations
- Engage with C-suite executives, delivering ROI-focused quarterly business reviews and establishing Aptitude as a growth partner
- Build and execute strategic account expansion plans that link product adoption to commercial outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in enterprise SaaS Customer Success or Account Management roles
- Proven track record of independently closing renewals and expansions without reliance on Sales
- Demonstrable success in expanding accounts into parent and sister companies
- Consistent history of achieving or exceeding commercial targets, including renewals and upsells
- Exceptional executive presence and confidence in influencing C-level stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in managing large portfolios of enterprise clients in the banking or finance sectors
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast and report on pipeline accuracy
- Previous involvement in strategic account planning and execution
- Familiarity with SaaS business models and their impact on client success
- Background in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive client outcomes
