What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the clinical trial portfolio and ensure compliance with regulatory and performance metrics requirements
- Collaborate with various offices to process protocols and fulfill local and federal requirements for clinical trials
- Identify and resolve operational, logistical, and regulatory challenges related to clinical trial conduct
- Supervise and develop the clinical research staff, ensuring timely completion of training and performance evaluations
- Maintain data management and compliance for clinical trials, reporting status to key stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 7 years of related experience or a Master's Degree with 5 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of cancer treatment modalities and the clinical trial process
- Experience in protocol development, data compilation, and analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with applications such as Livelink, EPIC, and OnCore
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supervising clinical research staff and managing clinical trial operations
- Familiarity with federal and state regulations related to research
- Proven ability to develop tracking systems for data management
- Previous involvement in patient contact and engagement in clinical research settings
