What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in safety surveillance activities for assigned products
- Assess adverse event coding for consistency and accuracy
- Supervise tracking of safety-related queries to Investigators
- Assist in developing Study Safety Review Plans
- Create narratives of serious adverse events in accordance with standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related health science field
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
- Proficiency in computer applications and databases
- Ability to critically evaluate medical data
- Effective communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- RN or clinical pharmacy experience strongly preferred
- Previous pharma experience
- Ability to identify, prioritize, and assign tasks effectively
- Experience in analyzing and interpreting adverse event data
- Strong problem-solving skills
