What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Organize Study Team meetings and prepare meeting minutes
- Assist with organizing Investigator Meetings
- Prepare and review study documents
- Ship study documents and supplies to investigational sites and track delivery
- Assist with site management activities, including enrollment tracking and communication with investigational sites

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences discipline or relevant field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in the biopharmaceutical industry
- Basic working knowledge of GCP, CFR, and ICH guidelines
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional Study Team and investigational sites
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
