What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect delinquent credit card accounts through various channels
- Determine the best method or tool to collect on delinquent accounts to minimize losses
- Use professional and persuasive communication to maintain customer goodwill
- Leave professional and urgent messages to encourage customer callbacks
- Handle back-to-back calls in a fast-paced call center environment
- Manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues to management
- Maintain a quiet workspace and minimum internet speed requirements for remote work
- Provided with all necessary equipment and comprehensive training
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience in collections
- Working-level experience in collections, customer service, detail orientation, professionalism, verbal communication, influencing, negotiation, compliance, and system/computer fluency
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in collections
- Working-level experience in decision making and problem solving
