What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute an annual internal communications strategy that aligns employees with the company's vision and values
- Serve as the lead writer/editor for leadership messages and key change communications, ensuring clarity and consistency
- Optimize internal communication channels and analyze engagement metrics for continuous improvement
- Lead media relations strategy, including pitching stories and managing relationships with media outlets
- Create and manage an online reviews strategy to monitor and respond to feedback across various platforms
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Communications and Media
- Prior experience with communication tools and platforms, including SharePoint and Teams
- Experience in media relations and managing online reviews programs
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to brand voice and standards
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in issues communications and social customer care processes
- Familiarity with regulatory standards applicable to communications in the financial sector
- Proven track record of successful media pitching and brand elevation
