      The Position
      As a Senior Vice President (SVP) Communication Partner you will be responsible for planning communication across the SVP area, Digital Science, and Innovation, internally in Novo Nordisk and externally.
      Your key responsibilities include to:

      • Develop and execute communication strategy for Digital Science and Innovation.
      • Ensure clear and motivating communication to the right audience via the most suited communication channels – as well as guiding and impacting others to do the same.
      • Drive content strategies and develop communication plans and processes for relevant change initiatives and projects
      • Align with communication partners, alliance managers, corporate communication, media relations and legal in connection to external communication as an SVP area representative – e.g., in relation to press releases, external collaborations etc.
      • External communication support and identification of social media / media opportunities.

      Qualifications
      To succeed in this role, the candidate ideally has:

      • Master's degree with minimum 8 years of relevant experience, and strong business understanding of research and/or digitalisation in pharma.
      • Significant proven track record of project management and development of communication strategies.
      • Relevant experience in scientific communication, corporate communication, brand communication, change management communication or similar, as well as in stakeholder engagement.
      • You have strong strategy development skills, project management competencies and analytical skills.
      • Ability to take on challenges and work under pressure.

      Digital Science & Innovation is supporting the digital journey across therapy areas in Research & Early Development. In Digital Science & Innovation , we work in multidisciplinary teams – in strong collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders. We participate in drug development projects across the value chain, from early discovery to pre-clinical development. We engage in external collaborations to ensure access to the latest research and technology enablers, we automate our labs and processes, and we focus on developing and retaining top talent.
