      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead formative research activities supporting public health communication initiatives
      - Conduct environmental scans to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in public health messaging
      - Design and implement qualitative and quantitative research, including message testing
      - Translate behavioral science insights into evidence-based communication strategies
      - Develop research reports, presentations, and documentation supporting program deliverables

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's or PhD in Public Health, Behavioral Science, Health Communication, or a related field
      - 8-12 years of experience conducting public health research and message testing
      - Demonstrated experience applying behavioral science to communication strategy development
      - Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Human Subjects Research certification preferred
