What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement communication strategies that align with organizational goals and enhance brand messaging
- Manage client relationships and lead public relations campaigns to improve customer experience
- Create and supervise the production of various communication materials, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines
- Monitor social media trends and respond to stakeholder inquiries, ensuring consistent messaging
- Track and analyze communication effectiveness using metrics to inform strategic adjustments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
- At least 7 years of experience in communications or public relations, with a proven track record of leading initiatives
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders effectively
- Understanding of Organizational Change Management theories and expertise in visual storytelling and digital media
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for Secret Clearance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced certification in Communications, Public Relations, or equivalent fields
- Additional certifications in leadership or strategic communication
- Experience in federal consulting
- Graphic design and/or web design experience
