      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with the Senior Compensation Manager to design and maintain job architecture, salary ranges, and career grids
      - Administer annual compensation cycles, including merit, bonus, and long-term incentive programs
      - Manage Workday Core and Advanced Compensation modules, ensuring data integrity and alignment with compensation structures
      - Conduct job evaluations and market pricing analyses to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
      - Collaborate with various teams to execute compensation cycles smoothly and maintain necessary documentation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4-7 years of hands-on compensation experience in dynamic or complex environments
      - Strong knowledge of compensation principles, job architecture, and incentive design
      - Advanced proficiency in analytical and quantitative skills
      - Proven ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal guidance
      - Experience with HRIS systems, particularly Workday, is preferred
