  Senior Compliance Manager (all genders)

  In Vollzeit, unbefristet

  Deine Aufgaben:

  • Beratung der Mitarbeiter und des Managements zu compliance-bezogenen Fragen mit Schwerpunkt auf dem Verhaltenskodex und der Ethik; Anti-Korruption und Anti-Bestechung, Interessenkonflikte, Geschenke, Mahlzeiten und Unterhaltung, Wettbewerbsrecht sowie andere ethische und compliance-bezogene Bereiche
  • Sicherstellung der organisatorischen Einhaltung und Wirksamkeit des Ethik- und Compliance-Programms
  • Entwicklung von Compliance-Schulungskonzepten und Planung und Durchführung von weltweiten Compliance-Schulungen
  • Untersuchungen interner Ethik & Compliance Fälle
  • Förderung einer ethischen Kultur und Compliance innerhalb des Unternehmens
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen

  Eingangsvoraussetzungen:

  • Erfolgreicher Abschluss beider juristischer Staatsexamen in Deutschland oder gleichwertiger Abschluss
  • Zertifizierung als Ethik- und Compliance-Experte oder in den Bereichen Anti-Korruption / Anti-Bestechung bevorzugt (z. B. CCEP / LPEC / TASA)
  • Förderung von Fachkenntnissen im Bereich Ethik & Compliance und Entwicklung von Strategien
  • Mehr als 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von risikobasierten Compliance-Bewertungen und damit verbundenen Risikominderungsstrategien
  • Expertise in Compliance-Programmanforderungen und Erfahrung in der Förderung einer ethischen Kultur
  • Kenntnisse des Anti-Bestechungs- / Anti-Korruptionsrechts (z. B. FCPA, UK Bribery Act, geltende deutsche Anti-Korruptionsgesetze usw.), Finanzkontrollen (SOX), AML-Anforderungen, Wettbewerbsrecht / Kartellrecht und globale Grundsätze der Unternehmensführung
  • Fließende Deutsch– und Englischkenntnisse
