What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and launch the Consumer eCommerce strategy for the Air & Water website(s)
- Analyze and optimize onsite web commerce for improved consumer experience
- Build lead capture and drive conversion through data-informed action plans
- Develop content strategy for Air & Water brands to enhance brand presence online
- Track, measure, and report on core KPIs for web performance and sales

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration
- 5 years of experience in digital/brand marketing or media
- Minimum 2 years of prior e-commerce experience
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in marketing, Business, or Finance
- Experience working in an omni-channel environment with multiple brands
- Proven track record of successful implementations and performance in previous roles
