What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create, manage, and evaluate continuing education courses using various software applications, ensuring compliance with licensure board requirements
- Act as the primary account manager for payment and contracting processes related to continuing education
- Collaborate with multiple departments to plan and execute larger conferences and events
- Troubleshoot technical issues and facilitate communication with stakeholders regarding course content and delivery
- Coordinate the development and management of at least one new CE Certificate program training per calendar year
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
- Mastery of various software applications, including Canvas and Workday
- Strong organizational skills to manage high volumes of trainings and attendees
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced degree in a relevant field
- 4-8 years of relevant experience in continuing education or training management
- Familiarity with additional software applications such as Adobe Acrobat and Qualtrics
- Experience in grant training planning and implementation
- Knowledge of compliance requirements for continuing education programs
