What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and negotiate customer terms and conditions, ensuring compliance and risk assessment
- Lead customer negotiations and engage with relevant stakeholders to manage risk profiles
- Build and operate Risk Review sessions to enhance deal-making strategies and approvals
- Provide direction to sales and tendering teams to ensure quality assurance in proposal generation
- Drive change management initiatives to improve service quality and reduce cycle times in commercial processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Legal, Engineering, or related field from an accredited institution
- Minimum 10 years of advanced experience in Sales & Risk Mitigation
- Strong understanding of electrical transmission and distribution projects or power projects
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
- In-depth knowledge of contractual terms and conditions with experience in structuring and negotiating contracts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in the Energy industry
- Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams
- Experience in developing complex proposals or structuring complex deals
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools such as Salesforce
- Strong didactical skills in contracts and negotiation techniques
