      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, draft, and execute consultant contracts, amendments, and work authorizations
      - Oversee the full life cycle of the consultant selection process from solicitation to contract execution
      - Provide expert guidance and support to project managers on the contracting process
      - Utilize various contract management systems to input and track contracts
      - Advise and train staff and consultants on contracting policies, requirements, and best practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in business or public administration, finance, economics, or a related field
      - Three (3) years of professional experience in government consultant contract solicitations, contract administration, or related work
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple contract assignments simultaneously
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with contract management systems
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills

      - Previous experience with public sector consultant contracting and regulatory agency policies
      - Demonstrated ability to lead meetings and guide others through the contracting process
      - Experience working in a diverse, multicultural environment
