- Chair Country Leadership Team for India
- Experience in crisis management and change management.
- Drive the Sustainability agenda for the region and specifically for India
- Ensuring Key Priority & Focus is given to business growth and there is a sense of urgency to deliver results.
- Drive the Location Optimization initiatives and provide Country Leader support in terms of governance, facilities & other relevant aspects

About you and this role:
We are currently seeking a candidate with the right skills and competencies to manage Dow’s Indian sub-continent region. The role will be based in Mumbai, India.
The Senior Country Director has primary responsibility for the organization's operations in the Indian sub-continent region (regional revenue for 2023 was $1.23 bn with 1264 employees). The candidate will be responsible for setting the overall strategic direction for the country related to growth and people/asset management and represent the organization for legal, tax and regulation purposes. The candidate plays a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying and capitalizing on new customer and government opportunities.
The Senior Country Director for India will join the EMEAI leadership team and report directly to the Vice President of EMEAI. In addition, they will serve as the chairperson of the Country Leadership team for India.
