What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee large-scale creative campaigns and activations, ensuring they are strategically sound and operationally efficient
- Manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Simplify complex client requests and team discussions into clear, actionable next steps
- Forecast resource needs and coordinate with freelancers or partners to support project success
- Mentor other project managers, setting a standard for excellence within the team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of experience managing creative projects in an experiential agency
- Proven track record of running large, multi-workstream projects, including budgets of $1MM+
- Strong collaboration skills to align different departments and personalities toward shared goals
- Hands-on experience with project management tools like Monday.com or similar platforms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with the full creative production spectrum, including digital, print, experiential, live and virtual events, and environmental design
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in high-pressure situations
