What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze financial data on new and existing clients to maintain the overall soundness of the loan portfolio
- Review appraisals and spread financial information to assess creditworthiness
- Monitor loan covenants, including running scorecards and reviewing loan agreements
- Prepare loan committee presentations, including cash flow and collateral analyses
- Collaborate closely with the commercial lending team and senior management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Completed Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant underwriting experience
- Experience with financial spreads and covenant calculations
- Strong knowledge of technology and business computer applications
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure of meeting deadlines

- Ability to communicate loan policy interpretations effectively to bank personnel
