What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the development and delivery of training curriculum across multiple audiences
- Assess training needs for new products, processes, and program rollouts
- Design and produce learning materials in various formats including eLearning and multimedia
- Manage instructional design projects from inception to completion
- Evaluate training methodologies and recommend improvements based on findings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 6 years of instructional design and curriculum planning experience
- Advanced proficiency in instructional software such as Articulate Storyline and video editing tools like Camtasia
- Strong knowledge of behavior-based adult learning principles and instructional design processes
- Excellent communication and time management skills to coordinate multiple projects
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in facilitation within both classroom and virtual environments
- Proven track record in designing large complex training rollouts of new programs
- Familiarity with research methodologies and techniques for instructional design
