      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide leadership and coaching to a team of Customer Service Agents
      - Monitor calls and provide feedback to improve service quality
      - Assist Operations Supervisors with daily tasks, including reporting and call volume monitoring
      - Act as a point of contact for operations when necessary
      - Support customer service representatives on weekends as required

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Minimum 2 years of call center customer service experience
      - Minimum 1 year of customer service and team interaction experience or leadership experience
      - Ability to obtain internal quality assurance certification within one month of starting the position

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Additional certifications in customer service or leadership training
      - Experience in a fast-paced call center environment
      - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle escalated customer issues
