What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage customers to drive value realization and mitigate churn risk
- Achieve revenue, bookings, and billings goals through effective renewal and expansion strategies
- Lead successful renewal negotiations that reinforce trust and long-term customer relationships
- Collaborate across various teams to drive customer outcomes and support account growth
- Analyze customer usage and health trends to prioritize focus and improve service delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Renewal Management, or Customer Success in a SaaS environment
- Proven experience in quota-carrying roles with consistent performance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage deal cycles and operate as a consultative, trusted advisor

- Experience leading adoption strategies and acting as a customer change agent
- Strong contract negotiation skills with a proven track record
- Strategic thinking skills that facilitate executive-level value conversations
