      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct analysis to define and monitor Customer Success strategies for dedicated customers
      - Evaluate customer health and contribute to strategies for mitigating risks and identifying growth opportunities
      - Collaborate with the growth team on upsell and renewal strategies to expand customer accounts
      - Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders at various seniority levels
      - Utilize data and analytics to assess customer performance and drive ROI

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer/client-facing role, preferably in healthcare
      - Experience with Value-Based Care (VBC), Risk Adjustment, or Quality programs is strongly preferred
      - Proven ability to build relationships as a trusted thought partner
      - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail to manage complex data
      - Exceptional communication skills, able to articulate problems and solutions effectively

      - Demonstrated experience in project management and prioritization of tasks
      - Interest in healthcare, particularly value-based care, with a willingness to learn more
